Prices and booking
How much does a live stream cost?
Our packages start at $110 per game (Essential), $249 (Pro) and $449 (Signature). Options, travel beyond 40 km and extra time are added. The price calculator gives you an estimate in one minute.
Do you have discounts for a full season?
Yes: from 8 games, the season package gives 15% off the package price. Limited-time promotions may also apply; we always keep the best one for you.
How do I book?
Pick a package, create your client account and fill in the game preparation (teams, venue, platform). We send you a quote within 24 to 48 hours. You accept and sign it online, then pay the deposit to confirm the date.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer. A 30% deposit confirms the date when you accept the quote; the balance is due before the event. All your invoices are in your client account.
What if we have to cancel?
More than 7 days before: 5% of the total. Between 7 days and 24 hours: 20%. Less than 24 hours before: 35%. If we cancel (dangerous weather, major breakdown), you get a full refund.
Tech and streaming
What internet connection do we need on site?
Ideally a wired connection or a dedicated Wi-Fi with at least 10 Mbps upload. We test it before the game. Without reliable internet, a cellular connection can be added to the quote.
What do I need to send before the game?
Your team logo (ideally a transparent PNG or an SVG) and the opposing team's if you have it, your colours, the player list (name, number and position) and your sponsors' logos. Send everything at least 48 hours before the game. If anything is missing, we'll remind you by email.
Which platforms do you stream to?
YouTube or Facebook are included. Twitch and extra platforms are options. The stream can also appear on sanna.studio/live if you want.
How early do you arrive?
About 90 minutes before the start, to set up cameras, sound and graphics and run our tests. Setup, the game and teardown fit within the 3 included hours.
Do we get the footage after the game?
The replay link is available as soon as the stream ends. The full video file and highlight clips are options, delivered in your client account. You also get a game report with the stream statistics.
Do you do drone footage?
Yes, as an option, when the venue, the weather and Transport Canada rules allow it (airspace, distance from spectators). We check everything before the event and confirm with you.
Rights and privacy
Do we need permission to stream?
The venue, league or federation must allow filming and streaming. Watch out for copyrighted background music too. We help you check before confirming.
Minors will be filmed. What should we do?
Parents and participants must be told that the event is filmed and streamed. We give you a sign to post on site, and we never publish work showing identifiable minors without permission.
Other questions
How do I know if your crew is free on my date?
The availability calendar (Contact page and price calculator) shows free and booked dates. Date taken? Write to us anyway: we sometimes have a second crew.
Where do you travel?
Everywhere in Lévis, Québec City and Chaudière-Appalaches. Travel is included within 40 km of Lévis; beyond that, fees are shown in the quote before you confirm.
Do you also stream events inside video games?
Yes. We produce streams inside game servers, like role-play events on GTA (FiveM) with our partners. Same production quality, same graphics.
